Another super recipe from my favorite holiday gift, "Giada's Kitchen" by Giada de Laurentis. Cook up the filling, mix with orzo, stuff peppers, and bake. This is great for entertaining as a do-ahead dish. We loved it.

Love this idea! I always thought orzo and rice looked alike, but never figured out to put orzo in the stuffed peppers! Love the flavors here, too!
