I came up with this variation of an almond bark this Christmas. It is now our favorite variation.

Ingredients
- 24 ounce package White Bark Coating (Almond Bark)
- 1 1/2 cups toasted slivered almonds
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- grated zest of one orange
Directions
- Melt bark coating in microwave in a large bowl per package directions, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until coated and well mixed.
- Quickly spread candy on 18 inch long sheet of waxed paper into a thin layer. A large, offset icing spatula works well for this.
- Let cool until set, then break up into pieces.
- Store tightly covered.
