Ingredients

6 pork chops

6 sliced rings of green pepper

6 sliced rings of onion

6 whole tomatos, from a 28 oz. can

1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked

1 cup water

salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions

Place uncooked rice in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Lay pork chops on top of rice. Top each pork chop with onion, green pepper and tomato, in this order. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour water around pork chops onto rice, (not on pork chops) Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until rice is cooked and tender.
