LowFat Chicken Pot Pie

- 16 ounce bag of frozen veggies. I have also used fresh I just cooked them first so they will be soft either in the micro or simmered in a little chicken broth. shopping list
- 1 cup of cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) of lowfat cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup of skim milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup of reduced fat Bisquick shopping list
How to make it
- Mix veggies,chicken, and soup in a glass pie plate
- stir together remaining ingredients, milk egg and lowfat bisquick
- pour onto mixture in the pie plate
- bake for 30 minutes
- The original recipe had regular milk, regular bisquick and regular cream of chicken soup.
