Chicken Fajita Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 pizza crust, either home made or store bought

1 tbls. olive oil

2 whole chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into 2 inch strips

1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

3/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 cup onion, thinly sliced

1 cup green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 cup picante salsa (I use medium)

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat

Add chicken and cook and stir until pink is gone

Stir in chili powder, salt and garlic powder

Add onion and pepper and cook until crisp tender, a minute or so

Press dough into 13x9 greased pan

Bake for 6-8 minutes until light golden brown

Spoon chicken mixture over crust

Spoon salsa over chicken

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

Bake 14-16 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is all melted
