Last Minute Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients

1 sleeve pumpernickel cocktail/party breads

1- 2 T.chopped pre-packaged bacon bits

8 oz.cream cheese softened

1 packet Good Seasons italian dressing mix

chopped raw broccoli

shredded carrots

Directions

Soften cream cheese in microwave just until spreadable (times vary...I have a 1200 watt) so be sure not to 'cook' it.

Mix 1/2 the italian seasoning packet and bacon bits into cream cheese.

Chop broccoli into tiny pieces.

Shred carrots w/grater.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto breads and sprinkle w/raw veggies and serve.

YUM!
