Chicken N Chip Bake Recipe

Ingredients

2 c cubed cooked chicken

2 c sliced celery

3/4 c real mayo

/3 c toasted slivered almonds

2 T lemon juice

2 T grated onion

salt and pepper

1/2 c shredded cheddar jack cheese

1 c crushed potato chips

***I like to cut the celery down to about 1/2 c, and add in chopped red pepper and chopped broccoli, too ***

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips in large bolw

Pile lightly in round casserole dish

top wtih cheese and then chips

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
