Chicken N Chip Bake

One of those old time favorites from my Mom's recipe box. Nothin' fancy, just a good ol' easy, quick n tasty chicken casserole. Great use for leftover chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 c cubed cooked chicken shopping list
- 2 c sliced celery shopping list
- 3/4 c real mayo shopping list
- /3 c toasted slivered almonds shopping list
- 2 T lemon juice shopping list
- 2 T grated onion shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar jack cheese shopping list
- 1 c crushed potato chips shopping list
- ***I like to cut the celery down to about 1/2 c, and add in chopped red pepper and chopped broccoli, too *** shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips in large bolw
- Pile lightly in round casserole dish
- top wtih cheese and then chips
- Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
