New Year Breakfast Pizza

- 1 Package bulk sausage (or 1 1/2 cup chopped ham or 1/2 cup crumbled bacon) shopping list
- 1 Can Pillsbury crescent roll shopping list
- 1 Cup hash browns, Frozen (or fresh grated potato) shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese blend) shopping list
- 3 or 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons milk (I used sour cream, gives it an extra zip) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Into 8-inch skillet, crumble sausage. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain. (or prepare your meat of choice as necessary)
- Unroll dough. Place in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust; firmly press perforations and edges to seal.
- Spoon meat evenly over crust.
- Sprinkle with potatoes and cheese.
- Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over cheese in crust.
- Bake 18 to 23 minutes or until center is set and edges are deep golden brown. If desired, serve with salsa.
- Cover and refrigerate any remaining pizza.
