If you like egg nog try this one ....... also my brother likes to warm it on the stove for a hot drink and puts nutmeg on top..........very yummy too................ courtesy caribbean cooking

Ingredients
  • 1/4 -teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1/8- teaspoon of ground nutmeg plus extra for sprinkling
  • 1/4- teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 -14 ounce cans of condensed milk
  • 2 -15 ounce cans of cream of coconut
  • 1 -teaspoon coconut or vanilla extract
  • 8-10 - ounces white rum, use less if you like ( such as bacardi rum try using 151 proof )

Directions
  1. In a blender mix all of the ingredients
  2. and chill in a refrigerator for about 1
  3. hour before serving.
  4. sprinkle each glass with nutmeg on top
  5. Serve it cold.
  6. Makes about 36 ounces

Boo Hoo Booo Hoo no more crying ..I was crying because of the ice and snow this winter I never got to have any eggnog. Now I am glowing with joy because I have the perfect recipe that more then makes up for what I missed.

Oh my that sounds good, and "comforting" on a cold winter's night...love nog, love rum, love coconut - how can this go wrong?!?
