Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a blender combine all of the ingredients.
  • You MUST own a non stick saute pan to complete this recipe. In your nonstick pan, preheat to medium heat. Once your saute pan is heated, rub with a little extra butter just so there is a light coat.
  • Pour about an 1/8 of a cup of batter per pan and swirl it around until it has thinly coated the bottom (depending upon the size of the crepe you are making, as well as the size of the pan you are using, you may pour a bit more or less).
  • It will take about 1-2 minutes to cook on the first side. You will know it is finished cooking when the sides start to pull away from the pan.
  • Using a heat resistant spatula, loosen the crepe from the sides of the pan and then flip the crepe all together. It will only take a matter of seconds to cook the second side.
  • Combine with your favorite toppings and serve.

I make these quite often! I actually make mine in a cast iron skillet. They come out perfect. After I mix the ingredients, I let the batter sit in the fridge for about an hour. That helps get rid of some air bubbles and prevents crepes from tearing. I often stuff mine with mushroom filling, or ground beef filling. Great recipe!

Ohhhh yummy! Crepes always remind me of a Thai restaurant. They wrapped a banana in a crepe, deep fried it quickly (just to crisp it) and topped it with chocolate sauce and coconut! **drools**
