How to make it

  • spray a soup pot with pam
  • sautee onions and garlic till soft
  • add in ground turkey cook until no longer pink (breaking up pieces)
  • add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
  • cook on low or simmer for about 45 minutes

    When I made it originally I put in 1 teaspoon of thyme and found it just too overpowering. Also, might be good with a little brown rice added in.
