How to make it

  • In bowl,combine 1/2 cup butter,cream cheese,and 1/3 cup sugar,beating till fluffy.
  • Stir together flour and cocoa,add to creamed mixture.
  • Chill.
  • Divide mixture into 24 balls,press each ball onto bottom and sides of ungreased 1-3/4" muffin pans.
  • In saucepan,melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Remove from stove,stir in 1/2 cup sugar,egg,vanilla,and the liqueur of choice.
  • Divide chocolate mixture evenly among muffin cups.
  • Bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set.
  • Cool a bit,remove carefully.
