Thick Rich Pizza Sauce

Tomato paste, olive oil, garlic and dried spices including oregano, basil and rosemary steep for hours to let the rich flavors blossom in this interesting, uncooked pizzaria-style sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon dried basil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the tomato paste, water, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, basil, and rosemary.
- Mix well and let stand several hours to let flavors blend.
- No cooking necessary, just spread on dough.
