Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a deep bowl, using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and milk, mixing until well blended.
  • Add pudding/pie filling
  • Pour into a med. size sauce pan
  • Over med. heat, cook until the filling starts to thicken and all cream cheese is melted. About 3 min.
  • Pour into pie crust
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hrs. before serving.

    I'm a coconut fan but the Pistachio was even better. I never thought I would say that about coconut.

    Mmmm sounds marvelous! I bet the other pie was good too. Why not post it under the name of Pistachio Pretzel pie? or something so we can see it.....Mmmmm

    I actually made 2 of these pies. The other one was made with Pistachio pudding and I used crushed pretzels for the crust, topping it off with mini-marshmallows that I toasted. If I knew how to send the picture without re-entering the recipe, I would.
