Cheddar and Green Pepper cornbread

Different spin on cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour shopping list
- 1 cup cornmeal shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 cup Shreded colby Jack cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combined Flour ,CornMeal, Egg ,Milk, untill moistened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients Mix well spread into a lightly greased 13x9 Baking pan
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or untill golden
- serves 10-12
- great with beans and Fried taters yum
