Ingredients
- 8 Italian Sausage Links (Hot or Mild)
- 2 sticks of Butter
- 3 Vadalia Onions Peeled and quartered
- 3 Red Peppers (Sliced into medium strips)
- 2 Green Peppers (Sliced into medium strips)
- 1 Hot Chili pepper sliced
- 1/2 bottle of Beer ( Your Choice)
Directions
- Place all ingrediaents in a Aluminum Foil Baking Pan
- Bake at 400 degrees for 110 minutes in the oven or grill top.
- Finish up and grill on high for 10 minutes and return to aluminum pan. Let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
