How to make it

  • In a small saucepan combine the pineapple juice, water and cornstarch. Mix until the cornstarch is dissolved. Add the vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce. Mix sweet and sour dipping sauce well. Cook dipping sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce mixture is thickened.
  • Recipe Note: This is great as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets or as a glaze for any kind of chicken. or serve this sauce recipe on meat balls.
