- 1-1/2 cups rolled oats shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups raw sugar (domino's brown grain sugar as substitute) shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups of flour shopping list
- 1- 1/2 cups coconut shopping list
- 1 cup of butter melted shopping list
- 1 tbsp of golden syrup (sugar cane syrup) shopping list
- 1 tsp of soda shopping list
- 2 Tbsp of boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolved soda in boiling water
- add to melted butter and golden syrup.
- Mix into dry ingredients (oats,sugar,flour,coconut).
- Roll into balls of approximately 3/4 inch diameter and flatten out onto greased baking sheet.
- bake @ 350 for approx 7-10 or until golden brown.
- Lift off with spatula and place on flat surface to cool.
- Store in a airtight container.
