Ingredients

1-1/2 cups rolled oats

1-1/2 cups RAW Sugar (domino's brown grain sugar as substitute)

1-1/2 cups of Flour

1- 1/2 cups Coconut

1 cup of butter melted

1 tbsp of golden syrup (sugar cane syrup)

1 tsp of soda

2 Tbsp of Boiling Water

Directions

Dissolved soda in boiling water

add to melted butter and golden syrup.

Mix into dry ingredients (oats,sugar,flour,coconut).

Roll into balls of approximately 3/4 inch diameter and flatten out onto greased baking sheet.

bake @ 350 for approx 7-10 or until golden brown.

Lift off with spatula and place on flat surface to cool.

Store in a airtight container.
