- 6 potatoes,peeled shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Good olive oil shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- 4 teaspoons Powdered mustard shopping list
- 1 Cup tomato sauce shopping list
- 5 to 6 Drops Tabasco shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the potatoes in bite size chunks.
- Heat the olive oil in pan.
- Drop the potatoes in,and cook ,turning occasionally for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden,but not browned.
- Remove with slotte spoon,drain on paper towels,placed over brown paper sacks.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Mix the mustard to a paste with a little tomato sauce,then add the remaining sauce.
- Bring to a simmer,stirring .
- Add tabasco.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Nice snack served with drinks,and barbecued meats
