How to make it

  • Cut the potatoes in bite size chunks.
  • Heat the olive oil in pan.
  • Drop the potatoes in,and cook ,turning occasionally for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden,but not browned.
  • Remove with slotte spoon,drain on paper towels,placed over brown paper sacks.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Mix the mustard to a paste with a little tomato sauce,then add the remaining sauce.
  • Bring to a simmer,stirring .
  • Add tabasco.
  • Pour over potatoes.
  • Nice snack served with drinks,and barbecued meats
