Mexican Popcorn

- 1 cup of a quality popping kernels shopping list
- 3 Tbs of cannola oil shopping list
- 1-2 jalopina peppers-whole, seeds and all chopped fine shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- salt shopping list
- I can't belive it's butter spray shopping list
How to make it
- Over medium heat
- Take a large heavy skillet
- Cover bottom of pan with cannola oil
- Add kernals and finely chopped peppers
- Shake and shake when starting to pop
- After popping ceases, pour one fourth into large bowl, spray with butter spray, shake garlic powder over, and salt to taste.
- Continue to layer, Shake and enjoy
