Lemon Loaf Recipe

How to make it

  • pour water and oil in large mixing bowl, beat together
  • add eggs then add cake mix and lemon pudding, beat mixture for 10 mins on low
  • pour into loaf tins
  • bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean, about 50 mins-1 hr
  • remove from oven and poke loafs with a fork, squeeze lemon juice all over loaves, i used probly half a lemon, then sprinkle with sugar. let cool completely and firm up a bit before removing from tins
