- 10 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- hot pepper sauce to taste shopping list
- fresh parsley, minced or chopped walnuts for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except parsley or walnuts.
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
- Shape into ball shape.
- Roll in parsley or nuts before serving.
- Serve with crackers.
