Ingredients

How to make it

  • Makes 8 3oz servings (1/2 breast)
  • Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix in bowl - add seasoning to taste.
  • Rinse chicken in water and cover w/ dry mixture, place in baking dish (drizzle w/ olive oil - optional)
  • Mince garlic on top of chicken.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees
