Warm Tenderloin Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 Pounds Tenderloin, Beef, sliced 1/2" thick

4 Cups Lettuce Leaves, Assorted, torn into bite-sized pieces

1/2 Each Red Onions, thinly sliced

4 Ounces Crumbled Bleu Cheese

1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

1/2 Cup Balsamic Salad Dressing

Directions

Combine all ingredients except tenderloin slices. Toss salad to evenly distribute salad dressing. Grill or broil tenderloin slices until medium-rare. Place a bed of salad on individual dinner plates and top with 2-3 slices tenderloin.

The addition of the Bleu Cheese with the steak is wonderful.
I would coat the steak with cracked pepper , just my taste preference.
