Warm Tenderloin Salad Recipe
This is my interpretation of a salad served at Beverly Hills Grill in Beverly Hills, Michigan

Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Tenderloin, Beef, sliced 1/2" thick
  • 4 Cups Lettuce Leaves, Assorted, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 Each Red Onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 Ounces Crumbled Bleu Cheese
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Salad Dressing

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except tenderloin slices. Toss salad to evenly distribute salad dressing. Grill or broil tenderloin slices until medium-rare. Place a bed of salad on individual dinner plates and top with 2-3 slices tenderloin.

Love balsamic and blue cheese ANYthing! I've been into salads lately, and love the steak salads - I will make this one soon...great flavors going on.


The addition of the Bleu Cheese with the steak is wonderful.
I would coat the steak with cracked pepper , just my taste preference.
