Warm Tenderloin Salad

This is my interpretation of a salad served at Beverly Hills Grill in Beverly Hills, Michigan
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Tenderloin, beef, sliced 1/2" thick shopping list
- 4 Cups lettuce leaves, Assorted, torn into bite-sized pieces shopping list
- 1/2 Each red onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- 4 Ounces Crumbled Bleu cheese shopping list
- 1 Cup Chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic salad dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except tenderloin slices. Toss salad to evenly distribute salad dressing. Grill or broil tenderloin slices until medium-rare. Place a bed of salad on individual dinner plates and top with 2-3 slices tenderloin.

The addition of the Bleu Cheese with the steak is wonderful.
I would coat the steak with cracked pepper , just my taste preference.
