How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In skillet over medium high heat, cook zucchini and onion in butter until tender, about 6-8 minutes
  • Set aside
  • Stir in salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, basil, and oregano
  • In mixing bowl, mix together eggs and cheese
  • Stir in vegetable mixture
  • For 12 x 8 baking pan, open crescent rolls and press perforations
  • For 10 inch pie pan, separate rolls into triangles and press into pan, sealing perforations
  • Pour vegetable mixture over crescent rolls and spread evenly
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted center comes out clean
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
