Homemade Honey Comb

- 250g (9oz) demerara sugar shopping list
- 250g (9oz) granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 4 tablespoons golden syrup shopping list
- 75g (3oz) butter shopping list
- 60g (2 1/2 oz) glucose liquid shopping list
- 2 tablespoons baking powder shopping list
- TO SERVE shopping list
- 200g (7oz) melted milk chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Line a deep baking tray with baking parchment
- Put sugar, water, golden syrup, butter and glucose liquid into a pan and bring to the boil
- When boiling, add the baking powder and shake the pan rigorously. The mixture will puff up
- Immediately pour the mixture into the lined baking tray and allow to cool
- To serve, break the honeycomb into chunks and dip into melted chocolate Yummy!!
