Boxcar Children Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef

1 medium onion-chopped

1/4 tsp. pepper

2 T. parsley chopped

1 clove garlic crushed

2 cans tomato soup

1 soup can of water

1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

In large pan:

Cook gound beef and onion.

Drain.

Add: pepper, pasley, garlic, soup, water and macaroni.

Bring mixture to boil.

Stir.

Cover and turn to low heat.

Simmer for 20 min.

Stir often.

Put into casserole dish.

Put cheese on top.

Cover and let set to allow cheese melt.
