This a very easy yet very impressive dish to serve anyone. You should really try it. Add as much jalepano as you can handle...we do two, finely minced.

Ingredients
  • 2 large cans of Chicken (drained)
  • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 8 oz jar of mayonnaise
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 4 oz. pkg. of green chilies
  • 1 or more fresh jalapeno (chopped finely)

Directions
  1. Mix all together
  2. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Serve with the large Fritos.
