How to make it

  • Place the first 6 ingredients in a mixer and beat according to cake mix directions.
  • Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 or 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
  • Combine last 3 ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or when toothpick is clean.
