Moms Chocolate Waffle Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

3 sticks butter or margarine;

1/2 to 2/3 cup cocoa;

3 eggs;

2 1/4 cups white sugar;

3 tsp. vanilla;

3 cups flour;

Directions

Melt butter and cocoa in microwave. Let cool.

Mix in eggs, vanilla, and white sugar. Stir in flour.

Drop 4 cookies by tsp (I use Pampered Chef med. cookie scoop) onto hot waffle iron. Bake for 2 min.

Remove from iron and let cool. Frost with chocolate frosting.
