Moms Chocolate Waffle Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Melt butter and cocoa in microwave. Let cool.
  • Mix in eggs, vanilla, and white sugar. Stir in flour.
  • Drop 4 cookies by tsp (I use Pampered Chef med. cookie scoop) onto hot waffle iron. Bake for 2 min.
  • Remove from iron and let cool. Frost with chocolate frosting.
