Secret Ingredient Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/3 c cookied black beans

1 c sugar or Splenda

1/2 c wheat flour

1/4 cup unsalted butter(melted)

2 oz. Baking chocolate(melted)

2 TBSP vanilla extract

1/3 cup chocolate chips(melted, or if you want don't melt, thats fun too)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray or smear lightly with butter

Blend eggs, beans, and sugar in a food processor until smooth, then transfer into a medium size mixing bowl

Add flour, butter, and chocolate and mix until smooth

Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix until smooth one last time

Pour as much of it as you can into your casserole dish(lick out the rest) then bake for 25 minutes.

Have fun seeing if anybody can guess what your secret ingredient is, and I'm telling you they'll never beleieve you. If they ask you "why beans?", tell em the truth, it cuts down on the fat, need for a whole bunch of butter or shortening, and it makes the brownies fluffier
