Spiced Chicken Thighs

- 3/4tsp. olive oil shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 1c vertically sliced onion shopping list
- 2tsp garam masala shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4tsp curry powder shopping list
- 8 chicken thighs(about 21/4lbs) skinned shopping list
- 1/4c dry red wine shopping list
- 1c fat-free,less-sodium chicken broth shopping list
- 3Tbs chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2Tbs. red wine vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in 12" non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over med-high heat. add onion;saute 3 mins.
- remove from pan.
- Combine garam masala,salt,curry powder;sprinkle evenly over chicken.Add chicken to pan;cook over med-high 4 mins. each side or till browned. Add wine and vinegar;cook 30 seconds,scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Add onion and broth;bring to a boil. Cover,reduce heat and simmer 20 mins,or till chicken is done;stir in parsley.
