Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Place kielbasa and potatoes in saucepan.
  • Cover and cook 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir bell peppers into the saucepan.
  • Continue cooking 5 minutes, until peppers are just tender.

    This sounds so simple and quick, but so yummy, There is a spicey kielbassa wonder how that would work.Hummmm you got me thinking now. I would like to add some cabbage and green beans, This is a keeper. Thanks.:)
