Ooey Gooey Good Bars Recipe
This is a very simple dessert with a little bit of everything. It is a sure crowd pleaser! Chocolate cookies, caramel, nuts, what isn't to love?

Ingredients
  • 1 roll of pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 cup of lightly salted peanuts or mixed nuts
  • 3/4 cup of caramel topping
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened dried cranberries
  • Mini M&Ms

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with foil leaving about 2 inches extra on the sides. Spray with cooking spray.
  3. Press chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into pan. Prick with fork.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly brown.
  5. Mix together nuts, caramel, and cranberries and spread over cookie dough.
  6. Put back into oven for about 8 minutes or until caramel is bubbling.
  7. Sprinkle with however many M&Ms you feel neccessary.
  8. Cool on cooling rack.
  9. Refridgerate for 6 hours or overnight until set.
  10. With the help of the foil, remove from pan and cut into squares.
  11. Then, enjoy!

Sounds yummie, but I think I would leave the dried cranberries out since we aren't fans of them. I don't think it would hurt the recipe as it sounds so very good. You have my 5, thanks for sharing.
