Easy Smothered Chicken Breasts Recipe
In just a few minutes you have have the main course cooking in a slow cooker ready in just 4 hours. Easy, elegant and delicious!

Ingredients
  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp onion flakes
  • 1 cup milk

Directions
  1. Rinse thawed chicken breasts.
  2. Put in slow cooker.
  3. Coat with condensed mushroom soup.
  4. Sprinkle onion flakes on top.
  5. Pour in cup of milk
  6. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Use liquid as gravy.
  9. Suggested sides: steamed squash.
  10. Enjoy.
