Cheddar Dill Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

5 small red potatoes,quartered

1/2c shredded cheddar cheese

2Tbs sour cream

2tsp snipped fresh dill or 3/4tsp dill weed

2tsp butter

1/4tsp pepper

Directions

Place potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;coverand cook for 15 to 20 mins. or till tender. Drain;gently stir in remaining ingredients.
