Sunshine Sandwiches

"From the Kreis Kitchen" was pleased o publish this recipe from Loretta Braun.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces whipped cream cheese with chives shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 3 ounces corned beef, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 3 hard cooked eggs, sliced shopping list
- 3 bagels OR English muffins, split and toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Add corned beef and Swiss cheese.
- Reserve 3 inner egg slices.
- Chop remaining egg.
- Combine with cream cheese mixture.
- Spread on bagel or muffin half.
- Serve cold OR broil until cheese melts.
- Garnish with egg slices.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Delicious hot.
