	cheese beef swiss eggs bagels

Ingredients

4 ounces whipped cream cheese with chives

2 tablespoons milk

3 ounces corned beef, finely chopped

1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese

3 hard cooked eggs, sliced

3 bagels OR English muffins, split and toasted

Directions

Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth.

Add corned beef and Swiss cheese.

Reserve 3 inner egg slices.

Chop remaining egg.

Combine with cream cheese mixture.

Spread on bagel or muffin half.

Serve cold OR broil until cheese melts.

Garnish with egg slices.

Makes 6 servings.

Delicious hot.
