	pork ham milk

Ingredients

LOAF:

3/4 pound lean ground pork

Dash of pepper

1/2 pound ground smoked ham

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs

SAUCE:

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 cup vinegar

1 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a loaf pan.

LOAF:

Form a loaf shape with the loaf ingredients.

Press into loaf pan

SAUCE:

Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan.

Cook until thick.

Pour over loaf.

Bake for 2 hours.
