Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Grease shallow baking pan.
  • Stuff each fish with 4 to 6 tablespoons of Seafood Dressing, or spread the same amount of dressing over each fillet. Roll and fasten with toothpicks.
  • Place in prepared baking pan, and season with salt, pepper , and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs over fish.
  • Melt butter and pour over fish.
  • Bake at 375° F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • SEAFOOD DRESSING
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and diced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pimiento, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning salt to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • Melt butter, add the vegetables, and saute until tender.
