How to make it

  • Using a potato peeler,cut off some of the thick areas of the brie rind around the rim,top and bottom.
  • Cut the cheese into 8 wedges.
  • Pour the egg white into bowl,place bread crumbs in another bowl.
  • Roll the cheese in egg white the dust with bread crumbs.
  • Shake off extra crumbs.
  • Place cheese on plate and refrigerate until ready to grill.
  • For Chutney,which was already prepared and brought with guest(Mixed all ingredients together and simmered for about 30 minutes.)
  • On Grill,place the cheese on rack that has been brushed with butter.
  • Grill the cheese for about 4 minutes,turn.
  • Cheese should be warm and just runny.
  • Serve the cheese wedge on a small plate and place chutney on the side.
