How to make it

  • Position a rack in the upper third of an oven and preheat to 450.
  • In a large shallow baking pan toss asparagus, wine, salt, pepper and olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Roast asparagus for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer asparagus to a platter and toss gently with pesto sauce
  • Serve immediately.

    This sounds scrumptious. My Husband doesn't as a rule like "green" food, but I am always trying to get him to just taste. I can't wait to try it...and if he turns his nose up...yipeeee more for me!!
