Pesto Coated Roasted Aparagus

- 2 bunches asparagus trimmed and peeled shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3 tablespoons pesto sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Position a rack in the upper third of an oven and preheat to 450.
- In a large shallow baking pan toss asparagus, wine, salt, pepper and olive oil until evenly coated.
- Roast asparagus for 10 minutes.
- Transfer asparagus to a platter and toss gently with pesto sauce
- Serve immediately.
