Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Goes great with a spinach salad and /or fruit on the side. Fast.......nice when weather is COLD
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup Bisquick or seasoned flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 deg.
- Grease 9" pie plate.
- Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
- Stir in salt.
- Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese
- Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 25 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
- High altitude: Bake 30 to 35 min.
