Cream Cheese Pound Cake

- 1 1/2 c. softened butter shopping list
- 3 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 8oz. bar cream cheese softened shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 3 c. all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese thoroughly.
- Add eggs one at a time
- beating well after each egg.
- Sift flour and add to creamed mixture
- Add vanilla
- mix well
- Pour into 9" tube pan.
- Bake at 300'
- For 1 1/2 hrs.
- you may make sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.

I agree this is a very good pound cake, I may make one tomorrow and add the cherries and nuts. Sounds very good. I'll also add some almond flavoring to go with the cherries. YUM ;0) You have my 5
