Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut each dinner roll into 6 equal pieces. In a bowl, combine butter and corn syrup and stir until well mixed. In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Dip each roll piece in the butter mixture and then in the sugar mixture. Place 6 pieces in each well sprayed cup of a 12 cup muffin tin. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes. Cool 3-4 minutes before removing from pan. Combine icing ingredients and mix well. Drizzle over monkey breads if desired.

Cupcake pan...Why didn't I think of that! I was looking on something to use besides a Bundt pan/tube pan for Monkey bread, and since I live in a group home, this idea is doubly perfect as well! Everyone gets the same amount!
Thank you for posting this! :D

I forgot until looking at this group how much I used to use my bread maker...and I used to make artisan breads for gifts...especially Christmas!
I used to make Monkey Bread but in a bundt pan and I made the sweet dough myself using my bread maker to rise it.
It was awesome so I imagine this is pretty darn good too!
    Thanks for sharing.
