Cajun Cake

- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1-/2 cups granulated shopping list
- 2 teaspoon baking shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Sift all dry ingredients then add eggs and pineapple and blend well.
- Pour into greased rectangular pain and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Combine all icing ingredients except pecans and coconut then cook until it thickens slightly.
- Add pecans and coconut then spread over warm cake.
