Monkey Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 pkg. of buttermilk biscuit tubes

1 c. sugar, divided

2 teas. cinnamon

1 c. butter

1/2 c. brown sugar

1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding

Directions

Open the 3 pkgs. of biscuit tubes

cut each biscuit into 4 pieces

Drop and roll pieces into 1 cup sugar and 2 teas. cinnamon

Drop sugar coated pieces into a well buttered bundt pan ( don't squish)

Sprinkle pudding mix over biscuits

Put 1/2 c. of the left-over sugar/cinnamon mixture, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar and 1 c. butter into a small saucepan

Bring this mixture to a boil: remove from heat and carefully drizzle over the roll pieces

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

cool slightly in an upright position, thin tip pan over onto a plate to remove monkeybread
