From bobbyc0117 15 years agoIngredients
- 2 loafs of long French bread shopping list
- 3 tomatoes sliced as thin as you can ( I like to slice mine so thin that if I went any thinner they would only have one side) shopping list
- 2 red onions sliced very thin shopping list
- 1 lb. provolne sliced paper thin shopping list
- 1 lb. sweet italian ham like a good cappa paper thin shopping list
- 1lb.hard salami paper thin shopping list
- 1 lb. smoked turkey breast paper thin shopping list
- shredded lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- split both loaves and remoev a bit of the bread
- start with a layer of cheese then add meats a layer at a time then a layer of veggies
- repeat this until sandwiches look like you want to eat them
- wrap both loaves in plastic wrap then aluminum foil place on a baking sheet and press them down add a second baking sheet
- weigh it down and place in fridge for at least for hours overnight is better
- to serve unwrap slice into pieces serve on a platter with a couple of dressings some like this with itallian dressing I prefer just a simple balsamic vinegerette
- Enjoy

Love the meats in this and i love pressed sandwiches! There's something so special about them! The flavors mix a lot nicer that way too.
