Provolone And Salami Roll Ups Recipe
a very easy appetizer great for tailgating or just a little nosh with cocktails

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound good provolone sliced very thin
  • 1/2 pound good hard salami sliced very thin
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 1 jar peperoncini
  • minced garlic to taste
  • chives to taste

Directions
  1. place a layer of plastic wrap on counter
  2. place provolone on wrap overlapping each slice
  3. place salami on provolone overlapping
  4. in a bowl mix cream cheese garlic and chives
  5. spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on salami
  6. take peppers and remove stems and seeds
  7. split in half and place on creamcheese
  8. roll up tightly in plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight
  9. unwrap slice into rounds and serve
  10. Enjoy
