Ingredients

How to make it

  • place a layer of plastic wrap on counter
  • place provolone on wrap overlapping each slice
  • place salami on provolone overlapping
  • in a bowl mix cream cheese garlic and chives
  • spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on salami
  • take peppers and remove stems and seeds
  • split in half and place on creamcheese
  • roll up tightly in plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight
  • unwrap slice into rounds and serve
  • Enjoy

    Sometimes the simple things in life are the best, and this sounds like one of them - cheese, salami, GARLIC...love all these flavors. Another good one to add to the tailgate mix...Krum

    If someone didn't like the peperoncici they could use arugula for a peppery flavor. THX for posting :)
