How to make it

  • mix everything together and let marinade for about an hour.
  • heat up the grill and make sure to wipe the grill with a tomato( it helps create a nonstick layer)
  • place 5 chicken thighs on the grill and lower heat to med
  • keep the lid of the grill closed but allow for some air to get in, if your grill has a vent, open the vent, if not keep the lid ajar with a small rock.
  • cook till nice and redish in color and the meat is cooked to the bone or internal temperature of the meat is 160 F. be careful with a therm not hitting the bone as this will give a false reading.
