Ingredients

2 lbs. good ground chuck or you can go leaner

1 onion diced

any shreded cheese you like you want this cheese to bind the meat so use plenty you can also used sliced, american

dill pickle slices

buns

Directions

brown chuck and onions over medium flame

drain meat and return to heat

melt in the cheese

place meat on buns top with pickles and serve with any condiments you like

Definitely similar to a "loose meat" sandwich, but I like the addition of the cheese...would help bind it together, plus I just like cheese! Another sandwich of yours I have to print out to try...never a shortage here for something interesting.
